provide a fast and efficient response to a breakdown, and also minimise
process downtime by means of regular routine inspection visits.
Our service contracts are tailored to meet the specific
needs of our customers and we provide a full 24 hour call out service.
Response times can be arranged which will best suit the requirements
of the individual customer.

ON SITE COMMISSIONING
Undertaken by our experienced engineering team we ensure the full
integration of new machinery with the established manufacturing environment
and communications protocol.
RECOMMENDED SPARE PARTS LIST
Polaron engineers undertake a comprehensive assessment and will recommend
a list of adequate spares to be held on site with the equipment. In
addition we evaluate the delivery times of all bespoke components
to ensure that second line spares availability is compatible with
the customer's needs.
REPAIR AND SERVICE RECORD
Polaron hold a complete repair and service record for all equipment
we contract to support. A full and detailed report is provided after
each service visit.
STRUCTURED TRAINING PROGRAMMES
We offer project specific training on three levels. Basic training
for the operation of equipment, more in-depth training allowing operators
and technicians to run and service equipment supplied and a full training
program for the customers to be able to operate, service and diagnose
faults.
