Cooper Controls is a market leader in the architectural and entertainment lighting controls markets. Headquartered in Herts, UK, the company has offices in Penshurst, Kent, and Cwmbran, Wales, where it also has a purpose-built manufacturing plant.

A subsidiary of global manufacturer Cooper Industries, it was formed on its acquisition of Polaron plc in March 2007. It consists of the following former Polaron business units, with their emphasis on innovative products and systems used in intelligent buildings.
